The Story of Confidence, Certification, and Commission.

📍 Step 1: Start as a Trial Tutor (The Entry Point)

You don’t need a teaching degree or years of experience.

What you need is potential, coachability, and a desire to help students transform.

You apply to join TT’s Confidence Project, a live, national pilot where tutors are trained using the official TT Confidence Blueprint.

If selected, you enter training - fully guided and mentored - inside something called a Confidence Pod.

Step 2: Train Inside a Confidence Pod (The Bootcamp Phase)

Each Pod is led by a Territory Director (TD) - your coach.

You start by tutoring 1 real student for 9 sessions (+/- a month) under strict blueprint application. Your sessions are recorded, reviewed - your confidence sharpened.

After this, you tutor 3 more students (simultaneously this time) over another 1 month stretch - this is your field test.

Your TD will review your recordings, reflections and make growth reports.

If your TD signs off on your progress and impact, you graduate.

🏆 Step 3: Become a Certified TT Tutor (The Promotion Phase)

If you make it through the Pod?

You’re officially recognized as a TT Certified Tutor - and listed in the national TT system**.**

This means:
